The Come&Stay Management Team :
Carole Walter (Founder and Chairman/Managing Director), HEC 91, also began her career in mass distribution. At the age of 24, the youngest director of the Casino group’s 500 supermarkets and one of the two only female directors in the entire group, in charge of the 10th largest supermarket and with a team of more than 80 people, she learned the art of rapid decision-making, the challenges of training staff, union management and the necessity of meeting sales targets. Passionate about technology, she joined Catalina Marketing France, French subsidiary of the world leader in electronic marketing, a few months after it opened in France. In charge of the adaptation and development in France of Retail Direct, the largest marketing database in the world, she won the case for, then handled the management, consumer-behaviour analysis and the setting up of electronic marketing operations for the Promodès-Carrefour group.
Marc Désenfant, 38, Ecole des Mines, MBA (HEC), started his career with the Carrefour group, where he held marketing/operations roles (Store Manager). As Project Manager in the McKinsey & Company strategy consultancy, he “ learned the ropes " in terms of how large groups operate and - before joining Come&Stay in the capacity of Deputy Managing Director - he gained a deeper understanding of the challenges of change management through working as part of an international team. Being the negotiating partner to managers of large client businesses, as well as an “all around” project manager, he develops plans for, organizes, and motivates the Operations Teams.
Mikael Rubenius, Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration; starts his career at 21 years old. After 10 years of Auditing in KPMG, he joined the Kwintet A/S Group which conferred him with several responsibilities. In April 2006 Mikael Rubenius makes his first steps in Come&Stay at the head of the Financial Department for Northern Europe. His professionalism and his implication within Come&Stay have been rewarded: in March 2008, appointed as Group CFO, he left his home country, Denmark, to join the head quarter based in Paris.
Torben Frigaard Rasmussen, an acknowledged expert in the field of mobile and email marketing, successfully carried out the merger / integration of Retail Internet within the Come&Stay company. He still serves as a consultant on the company's Advisory Board.
